What we keep.

Last updated July 2026

The short version

Palms Oracle works without an account. Your profile, your preferences, and your saved readings are stored on your device.

How readings are made

Readings are generated with third-party AI services. To create one, the app sends the relevant inputs, for example your birth details, your drawn cards, a palm photo, or a question you type, to those services for processing. Finished readings are saved on your device.

Palm photos

A palm photo is used to generate your reading and is not saved in the app. Only the written reading is kept in your archive.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their store terms, together with our subscription service. We don’t see your payment details.

This website

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and no third-party script. The fonts and images are served from this domain rather than from anyone else’s. That is also why you were not asked to dismiss a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes requests in order to serve them and keeps short-lived operational logs, including IP addresses, as any web host does.

The early-access list

If you enter your email address on the home page and tick the consent box, we store that address so we can send you one message: notice that the TestFlight beta has opened. Alongside it we store the time you gave consent. No name, no marketing profile, and nothing that would let this list be joined to anything else.

To stop the form being flooded we also keep a short-lived counter, for up to 24 hours, against a one-way fingerprint of your network. It is derived from a shortened form of your IP address, not the whole one, so it identifies a neighbourhood rather than a person, and it is never stored alongside your email.

We will not send you anything else, and the list is not shared with anyone or used for any other purpose. There is no newsletter.

You can remove your address yourself at any time at palmsoracle.com/unsubscribe, with no explanation required, or email us and we will do it for you. Once the beta opens and that one message has gone out, we delete the list. Entries also expire on their own after six months, whether or not we have got to it.

Your choices

You can clear your archive or reset the app from Settings, and deleting the app removes what’s stored on your device. Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal information. Contact us and we’ll help.

Children

Palms Oracle is not intended for users under 13.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change, and bump the date at the top.
